We arrive at Prince George, found our campground and settled in. We went to Costco to stock up on wine and any other items we could find. This Costco doesn’t sell wine. We found out the Costco’s in BC do not sell wine. The other unique problem is that Costco only accepts Master Card. We usually use our Visa card. But, our /sams cub card is a Master Card. Sweet, swiping a Sams Club Card at Costco! We forgot to ask where to buy wine as all we saw around were ABC type stores.
When we got back to the campground we asked the manager and he told us to go the the BC Liquor store. This is an ABC type store but also sells wine. Apparently the ABC stores sell everything.
We finishd up all our shopping did some touring to a Cottonwood Island Park where a local had carved 20-30 faces in trees. Great walk, hunting for the various carvings was a lot of fun. We managed to lose most of the pictures but have a few.
